On Dec 1st 2014, this centre was launched as one of the most innovative business centers in Berlin. There is a total space of 3,300m² in a modern building with a central reception on the ground floor. There are 80 well equipped offices furnished to high specification with USM furniture, 60 co-working spaces, five conference rooms with up to 60 people capacity, a modern business lounge, a cinema for 42 people and fitness/gym/sauna. The center has a Japanese garden and a pavilion for smokers. There are secured bicycle spaces on the outside and car spaces can be rented on demand. All offices are equipped with modern carpets, acoustic windows and modern lightning as well as CAT 7 wiring for high-speed Internet access, Wi-Fi and digital telephones. Every floor is equipped with modern photocopy and printing machines and offers a fully-equipped office kitchen. The building has a high security standard in accordance with embassy standards with electronic individual access control. The offices can be rented with high flexibility starting from three-month terms. All center facilities and services like telephone and postal services are available for the users and an individual service package can be agreed as part of the agreement.
About the office location
The business center is centrally located in the heart of Berlin Mitte close to the Jannowitz bridge and the Chinese embassy with good public access and in walking distance to the famous Alexanderplatz and Spittelmarkt. The center is equally well connected to public transport as well as for cars or bicycles. In walking distance is the city line and the underground stations.
