Directly situated at 'Berliner Tor' - the second largest traffic junction of Hamburg - this centre presents itself as a multiple awarded office building made of glass and steel, in distinctive architecture. Situated on the ground floor, more than spaciously sized; it is flooded by light and air, contains integrated winter gardens and therewith contributes to relaxed and success oriented working. It offers perfect locations for every event: meetings, conferences, seminars and presentations. You can choose between two meeting rooms for up to eight persons, three conference and training rooms for 20 to 80 persons and a large room for informative meetings or customer events for up to 120 persons. For breaks there is a more than 100m² large lounge as well as a terrace with views to a high-water basin with pier. Conference rooms can be rented for an hour only. You can choose between use for a day, a week-end or evening events. Modern communication- and audio-technique is available in the conference rooms. Catering (food, beverages) can be placed in rooms or you can get different daily changing meals in the in-house lounge.

Situated in the heart of the 'City Süd' (southern city), directly near the crossing Heidenkampsweg/Anckelmannsplatz, only a few steps away from the station 'Berliner Tor' where you can reach interurban trains, the subway and busses (S1, S2, S11, S21, U2, U3, U4). Highways into the directions 'South' and 'East' (A1 and A24, to Hannover, Bremen, Berlin and Lübeck) can be reached in a few minutes. The centre is directly next to Stolten Park- a beautiful green space in which you can relax and enjoy lunch breaks.
