The centre was founded in 2017 to promote a creative and innovative collaboration of start-ups in the centre of Basel. This centre is more than just an office! The office space is located in the city centre of Basel at Claraplatz, with direct access to public transport (tram and bus stations within one-minute walking distance) and numerous shopping possibilities. The office desks are equipped with an ergonomic office chair, lockable roll container and a locker to store personal items, like handbag or electronic devices. The space also offers a meeting room, which is professionally equipped with a projector and a flat screen with adapter, with a whiteboard and a flipchart, ideal for meetings, telephone calls or telephone conferences as well as for the reception of visitors. Within the office, the centre offers high-speed internet access, a multi-functional printer as well as a small kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Members have unlimited coffee and tea flat (fair use), free printing, scanning and copying (fair use). Regular cleaning of the office rooms is also included.
